Welcome to Art Club! This term's focus will be drawing! Art Club is a weekly after school art program for children aged 6 - 12, hosted at Rachel Grove Art Studio. We believe that all young people should have the opportunity to explore their creativity and practise and develop their artistic skills, so we have created an after school program to facilitate just that! Art Club runs over weekly 1.5 hour sessions, corresponding to the relevant school term, hosted at Rachel Grove Art Studio. Over the course of the term, students will: • receive guided teaching in drawing • develop original pieces of art • plan and produce original art with guided instruction • select favourite pieces for display at a parents and friends exhibition at the end of the term • assist in designing and developing the end of term exhibition Unlike other art programs, Art Club is tailored to the artistic vision and interests of each student to foster individual development and artistic growth. To ensure that every student gets the best learning opportunity and experience possible, Art Club is capped at a maximum of 10 students per term. Art Club fees are charged on a per term basis. The next Art Club term is: Term 4: 10 October 2024 to 28 November 2024 (8 sessions) Every Thursday from 4:00pm – 5:30pm Term cost: $295
